Thank you for shopping with us! We do our best to ensure your order is processed and shipped to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping for both domestic (Canada) and international orders:

Standard Domestic (Canada) 5–10 business days $5 CAD
Express Domestic (Canada) 1–3 business days $15 CAD
Standard International 7–10 business days $5 CAD
Express International 1–4 business days $40 CAD

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers (Canada Post or UPS) and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily use Canada Post or UPS for shipping. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery is subject to the carrier’s timeline and policies.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
