Damaged or Incorrect Orders

I take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact me within 3 business days of delivery at mkkollective.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
I’ll review the situation and do my best to make it right.
